Early-access schemes

Illegal arrangements that hold out the expectation of gaining access to preserved superannuation savings before retirement. Promoters of these schemes often encourage members of large superannuation funds to rollover their preserved superannuation into SMSFs in the belief that this may make the money easier to withdraw from the superannuation system.
