Employment termination payment
Amount resulting from termination of employment – upon retirement, resignation, retrenchment or disablement – excluding payments from a superannuation fund. This applies to termination of employment after June 30, 2007. An employment termination payment cannot be rolled into a complying superannuation fund or approved deposit fund (ADF).
