Unrestricted non-preserved benefits

No restrictions apply to the payment of these superannuation benefits. Often fund members have intentionally decided to leave these amounts in the concessionally-taxed superannuation system. However, all contributions and fund earnings from July 1, 1999 must be preserved. (See Preservation age and Preserved benefits)
