Managing Director of Vanguard Investments Asia Pacific Chairman of Vanguard Investments Australia
Jeremy G Duffield Managing Director, Asia Pacific	Jeremy is currently the Managing Director of Vanguard Investments Asia Pacific and founder of Vanguard Investments Australia Ltd, which he established in Melbourne in 1996. Jeremy joined The Vanguard Group in the United States in 1980 as Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, John C. Bogle, after working in Economic Research for the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, Virginia. He then served Vanguard as Senior Vice President of Planning and Development for Vanguard until moving back to Australia in 1996.

Managing Director of Vanguard Investments Australia
Ian Alcock Managing Director, Australia	Ian Alcock is the Managing Director of Vanguard Investments Australia, leading both the retail and institutional sectors of the business. He joined Vanguard Investments Australia in January 2000 heading up Vanguard's institutional business. Two years later he accepted the role of Managing Director of Vanguard Investments Europe where he was responsible for growing the business from US$2billion in mid-2002 to US$18 billion of institutional funds under management on behalf of European clients. In October 2005 Ian returned to Australia and rejoined Vanguard Investments Australia leading the Institutional business in an expanded role with Investment Operations, Corporate Finance, and Information Technology also reporting into him.

Retail
Robin Bowerman Principal & Head of Retail	Robin is Principal and Head of the company's Retail operations. He has overseen the considerable growth in Vanguard's Retail business and the products and services offered to both direct investors and financial advisers. Robin also heads up the marketing effort of the company and is editor of Vanguard's key publications including a weekly Smart Investing e-newsletter. Prior to joining Vanguard, Robin had a distinguished career in the media industry and was a leading financial services writer, commentator and editor for over 15 years. He entered the financial services industry as Editor of Money Management and his career highlights include: Managing Editor of Personal Investor, Shares and Asset magazines; and stints on leading newspapers like the Sydney Morning Herald and the Financial Times in London.

Investments
Eric Smith Principal & Chief Investment Officer	Eric Smith is Principal and Chief Investment Officer of Vanguard Investments Australia Ltd. He is also a member of Vanguard's Australian Executive Committee. Eric is primarily focused on Vanguard's investment management strategy and implementation, the continued development of Vanguard's highly rated index investment process and an expanding range of new products and tailored investment solutions to an expanding list of Australian and International clients.

International
Trevor Chudleigh Principal, International	Trevor is Principal, International for Vanguard Investments, responsible for overseeing the company's move into Asia-Pacific and for other International businesses that Vanguard Investments Australia undertakes on behalf of The Vanguard Group, Inc. In July 2005 Trevor returned to Melbourne following a stint as Managing Director, Vanguard Investments Japan, and continues to serve that company as a board member.

Investor Services
Jacqui Cincotta Principal & Head of Investor Services	Jacqui Cincotta is a Principal of Vanguard Investments Australia Ltd and Head of Investor Services, responsible for the client administration, fund accounting and operations functions and crew. In 2006, she added to her responsibilities leadership of the Vanguard Unmatchable Excellence program. She is a member of Vanguard's Australian Executive Committee and chairs the Operational Excellence Committee.

Business Services
Kathryn Watt Principal & General Counsel	Kathryn Watt is General Counsel and Company Secretary of Vanguard Investments Australia Ltd, responsible for legal, compliance and risk management functions. She is also a member of Vanguard's Australian Executive Committee, and chairs the Proxy Oversight Group, a board subcommittee with responsibility for voting policies for Vanguard's equities funds.

Wendy Hanrahan Principal & Head of Human Resources	Wendy Hanrahan is the Head of the Human Resources function and a member of the executive team with responsibility for Australia, Singapore and Japan. Wendy joined Vanguard in November 2006 bringing with her extensive strategic HR experience across both Private and Public Sectors.

Chris Stevens Principal & Head of Information Technology	Chris Stevens is Head of Information Technology of Vanguard Investments Australia Ltd whose primary focus is the delivery of technology for Vanguard's Australian and Asian operations. Chris is responsible for IT strategy, solution development, infrastructure & operations services as well as and business relationship management. He is also a member of Vanguard's Australian Executive Committee jointly accountable for company governance, strategy and performance.
