IFSA/FPA standard ID forms for associations, government bodies and registered co-operatives

Under the Anti-Money Laundering and CounterTerrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth) it is now mandatory for investors to verify their identity when submitting their initial application. IFSA/FPA standard identification forms for associations, government bodies and registered co-operatives are available below. These should accompany all new application for investment forms.
