Completing the application form is simple

Once you have read the Product Disclosure Statement, individual or joint investors can apply for Vanguard Investor Index Funds. Simply follow these three steps:


 Step 1: Fill in online Enter your details on the online application form.
Step 2: Print Print out and sign the document.
Step 3: Post Post the form to us with the required certified identification documents and payment.

For companies and trusts, please complete the form in the PDS.
