Vanguard Online

Vanguard Online® keeps you in touch with your clients' investments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Here are some of the Vanguard Online features:

  • Investment summary with current account balance, unit prices and number of units
  • View and print latest tax, distribution and quarterly statements
  • View last 20 transactions. Transaction details include date, type, value and unit prices.
  • Update contact details, ask questions or provide feedback using the Mailbox feature.

To get started all you need is your clients' Investor Number and Personal Identification Number (PIN). Your PIN is mailed to you when you open an investment directly with Vanguard for your client. If you have lost or forgotten your PIN please call Adviser Services on 1300 655 205.
