ETFs - Net Asset Value (NAV)
The Net Asset Value (NAV) is a measure of the value of the ETF units. It is determined by taking the proportional assets that is allocated to the ETF class, less the liabilities of the ETF class and dividing this by the number of ETF units on the market. The daily proportion of the management cost is deducted from the gross asset value of the fund to get a net asset value, which is then used to price the fund.
