Vanguard Australian Property Securities Index ETF (VAP)
The Vanguard® Australian Property Securities Index ETF (VAP) provides a low cost way to invest in a portfolio of Australian real estate investment trusts (A-REITs) listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) across the retail, office, industrial, tourism, and infrastructure sectors. The investment objective is to match the return (income and capital appreciation) of the S&P/ASX 300 A-REIT Index before taking into account fund fees and expenses.
The S&P/ASX Australian Indices are real-time, market capitalisation-weighted indices that include the largest and most liquid stocks in the Australian equity market listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).
The S&P/ASX 300 A-REIT Index is a sector-level index comprising of real estate investment trusts included in the S&P/ASX 300 Index.
