We are currently building Vanguard’s Adviser Portal, which will be your future access point to manage your client’s Vanguard Super account. In the interim, you will be able to support your client via a Third-Party Authority. This will allow you to contact Vanguard and ask for information relating to your client’s Vanguard Super account. You can then use this information to advise your client who can then implement the advice. To provide you third-party authority, your client will need to complete and submit a ‘Third Party Authority’ form which is available via the Vanguard Online member portal.
No, you cannot link Vanguard Super accounts to your Vanguard Online account. We are currently building a new Vanguard Adviser Portal which will allow you to manage, transact and access reporting on your client’s Vanguard Super account in the future.
No, we don’t currently have the functionality to allow advisers to charge advice fees via their clients Vanguard Super account. We will be offering this functionality in the future.
