In this role, Rachel is responsible for the growth of Vanguard’s business with financial advisers, intermediaries and institutional clients. She leads the team responsible for the distribution of Vanguard’s solutions, managed accounts, managed funds and exchange traded funds.
Rachel has been with Vanguard since 2015, initially joining the business in Vanguard’s U.K. business based in London. Prior to taking on her current role, Rachel held various senior leadership roles in Product, where she was responsible for the development and oversight of Vanguard’s investment products and product roadmap.
Before joining Vanguard, Rachel gained experience in the financial services industry holding product and strategy roles at organisations such as PM Capital Limited and National Australia Bank.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a CFA Charterholder.
