There are three main types of statements that are generated for your account. You'll receive an email whenever a new statement is ready to view.

For Individual, Joint, SMSF, Kids, Trust and Company accounts you'll receive the following statements:
Note: For Kids accounts, statements are not available on the mobile app yet. Please log in to Vanguard Online through a browser to view and download these.

1. Your Vanguard Personal Investor annual tax statements
This statement provides you with a consolidated view of your investments, income distributions and capital gains tax for the financial year.
You can use this report when lodging your tax return with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).

2. Your annual investor statement
This statement provides a summary of the previous financial year including:

Deposits & withdrawals into your Vanguard Cash Account.
Assets transferred in & out.
Change in investment value.
Income from your investments.
Withholding tax.
Direct fees and costs.

3. Your quarterly statement
You’ll receive a quarterly statement every January, April, July and October which contains a quarterly summary including distribution payments.
