There will be changes for foreign residents in the retail and wholesale funds.

Retail fund investors: Foreign residents (ie those with an overseas address listed as the primary address for their account) in the retail funds will not be transferred to Vanguard Personal Investor and will have their units redeemed and paid as cash to their nominated bank account. To receive the cash payment, foreign residents must complete this additional information form.

Wholesale fund investors: Foreign residents (ie those with an overseas address listed as the primary address for their account) in the wholesale funds will not be transferred to Vanguard Personal Investor. From an administrative perspective, we will transfer their holdings to Link, and they will be serviced under our institutional servicing model.

Note: If you want to move to Vanguard Personal Investor the primary address on your account must be in Australia. If you have an Australian address, you can update via this change of details form. We would encourage you to do this at your earliest convenience.
